RULES OF VISITING THE SLOT MACHINES HALL
1. General provisions
1.1. The hours of work of the slot machines hall around the clock (technical break from 8.00-9.00).
1.1.1. Taking into account the relevant restrictions provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, the operation mode of the slot machine hall has been shortened during the period of martial law in Ukraine.
1.2. Visitors to the slot machines hall (hereinafter referred to as “gambling place”, “club”, etc.) may
not be persons who have not reached the age of 21
at the time of the visit, and persons entered in
the Register of persons with restricted access
to gambling places and / or restricted participation
in gambling. Persons with cold steel or firearms
are not allowed to visit the gambling place,
except for persons guarding the slot machines hall
or hotel, persons with explosives, ammunition of
all types, training or simulation ammunition, flammable liquids or flammable substance, pyrotechnics.
1.3. The player can only be an individual who is 21 years old on the date of participation in the game. It is forbidden to accept bets and pay (give) winnings (prizes) in gambling to persons under 21 years of age. It is forbidden to accept gambling bets from persons who cannot be players.
Players cannot be:
1.3.1. incapable and partially incapable persons;
1.3.2. persons under the age of 21;
1.3.3. persons who, in accordance with the law, have appropriate restrictions;
1.3.4. persons who are in a state of drug or alcohol intoxication;
1.3.5. persons recognized as undesirable by the gambling organizer;
1.3.6. persons entered in the Register of persons with restricted access to gambling places and / or restricted participation in gambling.
1.4. The following are not allowed to participate in gambling:
1.4.1. who, at the request of the employee of the gambling organizer, if he had doubts about the age of 21 of the person, did not provide the employee of the gambling organizer with an identity document and information about the person’s age;
1.4.2. who, at the request of the representative of the gambling organizer, provided false information about themselves (surname, name, patronymic, information about age, address of registration of residence or location);
1.4.3. other persons defined by the legislation on gambling;
1.4.4. partially incapable and incapable persons;
1.4.5. persons entered in the Register of persons with restricted access to gambling places and / or restricted participation in gambling.
1.5. The visitor` bet execution is the conclusion of a gambling agreement between him and the organizer of gambling, who conducts the relevant gambling. The agreement on participation in gambling is considered concluded from the moment of acceptance by the gambling organizer the bet in gambling from the visitor.
2. Identification (verification) of a visitor and a player
2.1. Identification (verification, ascertainment of data) of a player or a visitor involves the collection of gambling organizer information about:
2.1.1. last name, first name, patronymic (if any) of the person;
2.1.2. age (date of birth) of the person;
2.1.3. presence or absence of a person in the Register of persons with restricted access to gambling places and / or restricted participation in gambling.
2.2. Identification (verification, ascertainment of data) of a player or a visitor is carried out by an employee of the gambling organizer during the first visit to the gambling place on the basis of the original identity document with age confirmation.
2.3. Secondary identification (verification, ascertainment of data) of a player or a visitor may
be carried out on the basis of the player’s identification card, in particular in electronic form issued to a player or a visitor by an employee of the relevant gambling organizer, and in its absence – on the basis of the original identity document. The player’s card must contain his photo and last name, first name, patronymic (if any), information about the date of birth and a special (unique) number of this card or a corresponding bar code that allows you to read information using appropriate technical devices.
2.4. The player is responsible for the authenticity of the documents and information provided in accordance with the law.
3. Behavior rules in the slot machines hall
3.1. The requirement for the visitor is to behave correctly, restrainedly, not to allow obscene expressions, to follow the rules of behavior in public places.
3.2. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited
in the slot machine hall. People who are in a
state of alcohol, drug or toxic intoxication are
not allowed to participate in gambling on slot machines.
3.3 If you have any questions before or during the game, you may consult the Administration.
3.4. In the event of any malfunction of the slot machine or suspicion in this regard, it is necessary to immediately stop the game and report the fact of malfunction to the club staff. Otherwise, the Administration does not accept claims.
3.5. It is forbidden:
3.5.1. to visit a gambling place in a state of narcotic or strong alcohol intoxication.
3.5.2. to use drugs.
3.5.3. to bring any types of toxic substances, as well
as other items that endanger the lives and health of others.
3.5.4. to bring any type of gas weapon, regardless
of the availability of documents for the right to carry it.
3.5.5. to stand behind the players who take part in the game, distract them.
3.5.6. to damage slot machines and club property, both intentionally and accidentally (hitting the body, glass, buttons, screen of the slot machine. The person responsible for the damage, regardless of the circumstances, is obliged to reimburse the damage in full.
3.5.7. to bring to the club people under the age of 21 (including the own children).
3.5.8. to go to the club with animals.
3.5.9. to be in the gambling place for more than 10 minutes to persons who do not take part in the game, without the permission of the Administration.
3.5.10. to execute film, photo and video shooting in club without the permission of the Administration.
4. Responsibilities of the visitor and the player
4.1. The visitor of the gambling place is obliged to:
4.1.1 comply with the requirements and obligations provided by the legislation on gambling and the rules of the organizer of gambling;
4.1.2. at the request of the employee of the organizer of gambling to provide for acquaintance the document proving the identity and containing information on age of the person;
4.1.3. During the period of martial law in Ukraine the visitor of the gambling hall is obliged to:
4.1.3.1. read the information on what to do in the event of an “Air raid Warning” while in the WIN slot machine hall;
4.1.3.2 to follow the rules of behavior in places of mass presence of people;
4.1.3.3. careful about the signals of the notification system and announcements of the hall’s administration;
4.1.3.4. comply strictly with the instructions of the hall’s administration;
4.1.3.5. keep calm, do not panic, retain the ability to assess the situation quickly and correctly;
4.1.3.6. in the event of receiving the “Air raid Warning”, go to the nearest civil protection shelter.
4.2.3. at the request of the employee of the organizer of gambling to leave the gambling place immediately in case of commission by him of one of the following actions:
4.2.3.1. refusal to present a document that makes it possible to establish the person identity and his age;
4.2.3.2. violation of the rules of public order, the use of physical force or the threat of its use with encroachment on the life, health or property of persons who are in the gambling place;
4.2.3.3. obstructing the organization and conduct of gambling.
4.1.4. strictly comply with the requirements of these Rules.
4.2. The player shall have the responsibility:
4.2.1. to strictly comply with the requirements of these Rules.
4.2.2. to comply with the requirements and obligations provided by the legislation on gambling, as well as the rules of the organizer of gambling and the rules of gambling;
4.2.3. to provide, at the request of the employee of the gambling organizer and/or the employee of the Authorized Body, for acquaintance with an identity document that contain information on the age of the person;
4.2.4. at the request of an employee of the gambling organizer and / or an employee of the Authorized Body to leave the gambling place immediately in case he / she commits one of the following actions:
4.2.4.1. refusal to present a document that makes it possible to establish the person and his age;
4.2.4.2. violation of the rules of public order, the use of physical force or the threat of its use with encroachment on the life, health or property of persons who are in the gambling place;
4.2.4.3. obstruction of gambling activities;
4.2.4.4. violation of the rules of gambling.
5. Procedure of the Administration
5.1. In the event that the visitor’s behavior, player’s behavior does not comply with these Rules or if it violates the norms of public order, the Administration has the right to demand from any visitor, player to leave the club immediately without giving reasons
5.2. In case of failure of the slot machine due to software failure or voltage drop in the grid, the payment of monetary prizes is made after the system resumes operation.
5.3. The administration and staff of the club are not responsible for unattended personal belongings (diplomats, briefcases, bags, purses, etc.).
5.4. The Administration considers that the player is agreed with all the requirements of these Rules from the moment he makes a gambling bet. Making a gambling bet is considered his verbal confirmation of his agreement with all the requirements of these Rules.
5.5. In case of disputes, the Administration reserves the right to make a final decision.
